Party Jiggle tag

 

You need:

Jasc Paint Shop Pro
Trial Version  ... HERE

My Elmo tube  Download ... HERE
**Elmo is a character on Sesame Street, created by the Late Jim Henson. I have not been able to find out who owns the copyright to Elmo and am only using him for educational purposes in this tutorial**
EyeCandy 3.1  Download ... HERE
Place this in your  PSP Plug-in Filter folder

Remember to save your work often. The tutorial is long and has a lot work in it .

1 Open the tube in PSP and minimize it.
Open an new image  300 width by 300 height with white or black background.

 2. Maximize your tube. Edit / Copy -- Edit paste as new layer on your image.

3. Go to Effects/ Plugins/Eyecandy 3 -Jiggle with these settings:

4. Duplicate the Jiggle layer in your layer palette. Image /Mirror. Duplicate the first Jiggle layer again. Image /Rotate with 45 to the left and make sure the all layer box is unchecked. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen. Duplicate this layer. Image/ Mirror.  Merge all layer visible.

6. Click on your tube , Edit / Copy -- Edit past as new layer on your image call this layer body.  Effects/3D Effects/ Inner Bevel with these settings:
These settings will be used in this Tutorial so if I say to do an Inner Bevel just apply it.

7. Next we are going to take the arm off from Elmo. Click on your lasso tool with these settings:

 Go slowly besides the arm till you have something like this:

Click inside the selection and you should have this:

8. Edit/ Cut -- Edit paste as new layer on your image call this layer R1 or any name that is handy for yourself I use R for theleft side and L for the right side . Layer arrange move down. Place the arm now on the same spot where you have cut it off.  

9. Duplicate the R1 layer in your layer palette and call it R2. Image /Rotate with 35 to the left - all layer box unchecked. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen. Place the arm like it in in the example below:

10. Duplicate the R2 layer and call it R3. Image/Rotate with 35 to the left all layers box unchecked. Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen. Place this arm like you see in the example below:

11. In your layer palette Duplicate the body layer and call it body2. Image /Mirror.
Duplicate the R1 layer. Image /Mirror.
Duplicate the R2 layer. Image /Mirror.
 Duplicate the R3 layer. Image /Mirror. 

This is what you have now:

12. Now close the next layer by clicking on the glasses body2, L1,L2 , L3 , R2, and R3. This is what you have in your layer palette.
