Note: If you use your own colors to fill the clown you have to change the shadow color on the Cutout and Dropshadow too.

1. Open a new image 600 x 700 on a transparent background.

2. New layer. Call it shoes.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown1-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #000080.
Selections / Float.
Cutout with these settings:
V& H on 0, Opacity on 75, Blur on 15 and shadowcolor #000040. Deselect.

3. New layer. Call it innershoes.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown2-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FFFF00.
Selections / Float.
Droshadow with these settings:
V & H on 2, Opacity on 75, Blur on 45 and shadowcolor #FFFFFF.Deselect.

4. New layer. Call it pumkins.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown3-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FF0000.
Deselect.
Eye Candy 4000 or Eye Candy 3.1- Jiggle with these settings:

5. New layer. Call it legs.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown4-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FCDEBE.
Deselect.
Select all. Selection -Invert.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 75, Blur on 25 and shadowcolor #C27E34. Deselect.

6. New layer. Call it pants.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown5-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FFA201.
Selections / Float.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 75, Blur on 35 and shadowcolor #864200. Deselect.

7. Layers/merge visible. Call the layer legs.

8. New layer. call it body.
Selections -Load from disk , open clown6-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #800000.
Deselect.
Select all. Selections - Invert.
Cutout : V & H on 0, Opacity on 75, Blur on 45 and shadowcolor #400000. Deselect.

9. New layer. Call it shirt.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown7-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #000080.
Selections / Float.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 75, Blur 45 and shadowcolor #000040.
Deselect.

10. New layer. Call it border.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown8-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FFA201.
Selections / Float.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 50, Blur on 15 and shadowcolor #864200. Deselect.

11. New layer. Call it jacket.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown9-ca.sel.
floodfill with color #008000.
Selections / Float.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 50, Blur on 15 and shadowcolor #004000. Deselect.

12. New layer. call it revers.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown10-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FFA201.
Selections / Float.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 50, Blur on 15 and shadowcolor #864200. Deselect.

13. New layer. Call it buttons.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown11-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FF0000. Deselect.

14. New layer. Call it buttons 1.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown12-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FF0000. Deselect.

15. New layer. call it buttons 2.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown13-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #000000. Deselect.

16. New layer. call it innerpocket.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown14-ca.sel.
Cutout: V & H on 0, Opacity on 75, Blur on 45 and shadowcolor on #004000. Deselect.

17. New layer. Call it pocket.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown15-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #004000. Deselect

18. Close the leg layer. Merge the other layers visible. Call this layer body. Open all layers.

19. New layer. call it flower.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown16-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #00C000.
Deselect.

20. On the same layer.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown17-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FFFF00.
Deselect.

21. On the same layer.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown18-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #FFC0C0.
Deselect.

22. On the same layer.
Selections - Load from disk , open clown19-ca.sel.
Floodfill with color #00C000.
Deselect.
