You need:
PSP Version 7.04
This ZIP with my selections
Unzip in to your selection folder.
This ZIP with my presets
Unzip in to your preset folder. 1. Open a new image 500 width and 400 height transparent background.

2. Set the Foreground-color on #808080, the Background-color on#ffffff. Set the Foreground-color on gradient with these settings: Style Linear,Angle 90,Repeat 1.

3. Layer new Raster layer name it bike1. Selection load from disk and open the bike1-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset bike1-ca.

4. Layer new Raster layer name it bike2. Selection load from disk and open the bike2-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset bike1-ca.

5. Set the Foreground-color on a color of your choice, I used #C00000.

6. Layer new Raster layer name it bike3. Selection load from disk and open the bike3-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset bike1-ca.

7. Set the Foreground-color to black #000000.

8. Layer new Raster layer name it bike4. Selection load from disk and open the bike4-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round bike1-ca.

9. Set the Foreground-color back to #C000000 ( or the one your using).

10. Layer new Raster layer name it bike5. Selection load from disk and open the bike5-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round bike1-ca.

11. Layer new Raster layer name it bike6. Selection load from disk and open the bike6-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round bike1-ca.

12. Layer new Raster layer name it bike7. Selection load from disk and open the bike7-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round bike1-ca.

13. Duplicate bike7 layer in your layer palette. Layers arrange send to bottom. Image rotate by 10 to the left. Next to do is to move it with the mover tool like it is in the screenshot:

number 1 is how you have it and number 2 is how it has to be

Set the opacity on the copy of bike7 to 60.

14. Click in your layer palette on bike7 layer to make it active.

15. Layer new Raster layer name it bike8. Selection load from disk and open the bike8-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round bike1-ca.

16. Set the Foreground-color on #808080. Set the Foreground-color on gradient.

17. Layer new Raster layer name it bike9. Selection load from disk and open the bike9-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Dropshadow with these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 1,Opacity 100, Blur 1.

18. Set Foreground-color on black #000000.

19. Layer new Raster layer name it bike10. Selection load from disk and open the bike10-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None.

20. Set the Foreground-color back to #C000000 ( or the one you're using).

21. Layer new Raster layer name it bike11. Selection load from disk and open the bike11-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the color. Select None. On the same layer, Selection load from disk and open the bike12-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None. On the same layer, Selection load from disk and open the bike13-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color.

22 Layer new Raster layer name it bike14. Selection load from disk and open the bike14-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round bike1-ca.

23. Layer new Raster layer name it bike15. Selection load from disk and open the bike15-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with your color. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset bike2-ca.

24. Layer new Raster layer name it bike16. Selection load from disk and open the bike16-ca.sel. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Cutout with these settings: Vertical and Horizontal on 2, Opacity 60, Blur 2. Select None.

25. Set the Foreground-color on #808080. Set the Foreground-color on gradient.

26. Layer new Raster layer name it bike17. Selection load from disk and open the bike17-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset bike1-ca.

27. Set the Foreground-color on #000000.

28. Layer new Raster layer name it bike18. Selection load from disk and open the bike18-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None.

29. Set the Foreground-color on #808080. Set the Foreground-color on gradient.

30. Layer new Raster layer name it bike19. Selection load from disk and open the bike19-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round.

31. Layer new Raster layer name it bike20. Selection load from disk and open the bike20-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round.

32. Layer new Raster layer name it bike21. Selection load from disk and open the bike21-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset bike2-ca.

33. Set the Foreground-color back to #C000000 ( or the one you're using).

34. Layer new Raster layer name it bike22. Selection load from disk and open the bike22-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round.

35. Set the Foreground-color on #808080. Set the Foreground-color on gradient.

36. Layer new Raster layer name it bike23. Selection load from disk and open the bike23-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Dropshadow with these settings: Vertical and Horizontal 1,Opacity 100, Blur 1.

37. Set the Foreground-color on black #000000.

38. Layer new Raster layer name it bike24. Selection load from disk and open the bike24-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round.

39. Layer new Raster layer name it bike25. Selection load from disk and open the bike25-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round.

40. Layer new Raster layer name it bike26. Selection load from disk and open the bike26-ca.sel. Floodfill the selection with black. Select None. Effects --> 3D Effects --> Innerbevel with preset round.

Last thing to do is to merge all layer visible and you can take off on your bike.
