Supplies you need:
PSP Versie 7.04  
Andrews Filter 31
FMTile Tools

1. Set foreground-color to a light one from your image and background-color to a dark one from your image.

2. Image add borders with 10. Click the magic wand (tolerance=0 feather=0) and click in the border. Effects/3D Effects/Inner bevel with preset pillow change only the elevation to 30. 

3. Change foreground with background color. 

Image add borders with 10. Click the magic wand (tolerance=0 feather=0) and click in the border. Effects/3D Effects/Inner bevel same as in step 2. 

4.  Change foreground with background color.  

Image add borders with 10. Click the magic wand (tolerance=0 feather=0) and click in the border. Effects/3D Effects/Inner bevel same as in step 2. 

5. Change foreground with background color. 

Image add borders with 10. Click the magic wand (tolerance=0 feather=0) and click in the border. Effects/3D Effects/Inner bevel same as in step 2.  

6. Selections/Select all. Selections/ Modify /Contract with 40.

7. Effects/3D Effects/Cutout with these settings:

Selections Invert.

8. Effects/Plugins/Andrew filters 31--mixed round sourch withthese settings:

Select None.

9. Double click on your selection tool. Fill in the window that pop's up the next:Top 40, Bottom height of your image minus 40, Left 0 and right the widht of your image you can see that below in psp on the right side. Your selection should be between the top and bottom border.

10. Effects/3D Effects/Plugins/FMTile tools -- Seamless Tile with standard settins.

Select None.
