One Selection

Things you will need:
PSP Versie 7.04  
Eye Candy 4000  

1. Open up an Image you want to use (Best to  use an dark Picture),copy it and close the original. Resize if it is to large .

2. Don't forget to sharpen your image when you resize it. Effects / Sharpen/ Sharpen.

3. Choose two colors from your Graphic an light one for your Foreground and an dark one for your Background .

4. Go to Image/Add Border by 50.

5. Select the Border with your Magic wand.
Tolerance_0 / Feather_0/ Matchmode/RGB Value.Keep Selected until I tell you to Deselect.

6. Go to Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000/Corona and apply with these settings. The Color is your Foreground Color. 

7. Go to Effects/Noise add and fill in 24 and check Uniform .

8. Selection /Modify/Contract by 10 and then floodfill you selection with your Foreground-Color. 

9. Effects/Noise/Add same settings as before. 

10. Go to Effects/3D Effects / Innerbevel and apply with these settings. Your Color must be white.

11. Selection /Invert

12. Again apply the Innerbevel with the same settings.

13. Selection / Invert.

14. Selection /Modify/Contract by 10.

15. FloodFill your Selection with your Background-color.

16. Selection /Float.

17. Effects / 3d Effects / Cut Out with these settings ,The Color can be Black but you can choose a Color you like the most.

Keep Selected and apply again an Cut Out only with Horizontal and Vertical on-3.
Deselect.

Your Frame is ready
