I have use this mask zip is here

1. Open up an image you want to use,copy it and close the original. resize if it is to large . Always sharpen your image after you have resized it (Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen).

2.Open the mask in your Paint Shop Pro and minimize it.

3. Go to Mask -->New -->From image and choose from the drop down menu the Dmsk0281 See Screenshot (1 hit the arrow to get the drop down menu , 2 find the Dmsk0281 in the menu (screenshots are in Dutch))

click on the Dmsk0281 and click ok. Go to mask -->Delete and click yes on the window that appears.

This is what you have now.

4. Layers new rasterlayer and fill that with an color from your image. Go to Layers -arrange -send to bottom.

5. Make sure you are working on the bottom layer. Go to Effects/Plugins/Eyecandy 4000-HSB NOise with these settings:

6. Go to Layers- merge-merge all flatten.

7. Set your background color on white and go to image add borders symmetric 3 pixels. Select the border with your magic wand (Tolerance_0 / Feather_0/ Matchmode/RGB Value). Go to Effect /Plugins/Ulead Art Texture and click on the edit button see image:

next click on palette number 5 the gold

Number 1 is the Hue and with that you can change the color from gold to an color that match your image just move the line in the Hue and it will show you the colors remember the number that appears in box number 2 because we need that later for another border. Hit the ok button when your done.

In the next window you can make your choice for the pattern , apply after you have click on one.

8. Go to Effects/3D Effects/ Drop shadowwith these settings Color =#000000:

Apply again but now with H & V on -3. Deselect

9. Set you'r background-color to white and go to image add borders an add a border symmetric by 25 pixels. Select the border with your magic wand and fill it with you'r color from your image you have used before.

10. Go to Effects/Plugins/Eyecandy 4000-HSB Noise and apply the Noise again only this time move the Brightness variation to 100. Deselect

11. Image add borders symetrish 3 pixels. Select the border with you rmagic wand and go to Effects/Plugins/Ulead Art texture again choice pallete 5 and put in the number that used before and had to remember so you have the same color as the first 3 pixel border.

12. Go to Effects/3D effects/ Drop shadow and apply with the same settings as before. Do it again with the H & V op -3. Deselect .

13. You can now add a corner to your frame or use an dingbat for it. I have used Curly Art Nouveau letter l (lower )can be found here
