Things you will need
PSP Versie 7.04
Ulead ArtPlugin

1. Open up an Image you want to use,copy it and close the original. resize if it is to large .

2. Don't forget to sharpen your image when you resize it. Effects / Sharpen/ Sharpen.

3. Click on you Selection Tool and set it on rectangle.Select a piece of your image and go to selection seamless pattern.Go back to your image and Selection/Select none.

4. Put the Background Color on white and your Foreground on Pattern and search for the pattern you just made.

5. Add a border of 3 Symmetric and select it with your magic wand.
Tolerance_0 / Feather_0/ Matchmode/RGB Value.

6.Go to Effects /Plugins /Ulead Effects/Art Textuur once you have open it click on the edit button

Click on palette 5 which is the gold, and click ok.

choose whichever pattern you like and apply it..

Go to Selections/Invert. Go to Effects /3d Effects / Cutout and apply these settings. Schadow Color is Black.

Keep Selected and apply the Cutout again only this time change the Vertical and Horizontal to -2, Selections/Select None

7. Image add borders 10 Symmetric. Select with your magic wand and fill with you pattern, Go to Effects / Artistic Effects /Bruch Strokes and apply these settings. Color is White

8. Repeat 5 and 6 again Selections/Select None.

9. Repeat 7 again only this time add a border of 20

10. Go to Selections/Modify/Contract by 5. Go to Effects / 3d Effects / Innerbevel and apply these settings. Color is white. Selections/Select None

11. Repeat 5 and 6. Selections/Select None

12. Repeat Step 7 only instead this time add a border of 30

13. Go to Selection/Modify/ Contract 10 and apply the Innerbevel again with the same settings

14. Selection/Modify/Expand 5 ,selection invert and apply again a Inner bevel with the same settings.After that apply a Drop Shadow Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings. Color is black

Repeat the Drop Schadow only put Horizontal and Vertical to -2. Selections/Select None

15. If you like put some nice corners on your frame.

16. If you resize your image be sure to Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen after it.
