Gradient Lined

Supplies you need:
PSP Version 7.04
My ding1-ca selection HERE
1. Resize your image to 350 height.
2. Set Background-color to one from your image.
3. Image add borders 30 symmetric.
4. Select the border with your magic wand ( feather-0 tolerance-0).
5. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with these settings:

Select None.
6. Layers / New Raster layer.
7. Set Foreground-color to gradient and choose one with the same colors from your image. You can look HERE how to make a gradient off your own. I made one myself with these settings Lineair Gradient , Corner on 135 en Repeat on 3.
8. Flood fill your layer with the gradient. Select all.
9. Selections / Modify / Contract with 2. Hit ones your delete key.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 4. Flood fill your selection with the gradient.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 2. Hit ones your delete key.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 4. Flood fill your selection with the gradient.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 2. Hit ones your delete key.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 4. Flood fill your selection with the gradient.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 2. Hit ones your delete key.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 4. Flood fill your selection with the gradient.
Selections / Modify / Contract with 2. Hit ones your delete key.
Select None.
10. Layers / New Raster layer.
11. Double click on the selection tool and fill in these settings:
12. Flood fill the selection with the background-color. Selections / Modify / Contract with 5. Flood fill your selection with the gradient. Select None. Duplicate this layer in your layer palette. Image / Mirror.
13. Close the backgound layer and layer 1 in your layer palette. Merge the two top layer visible. Duplicate the merged layer now in your layer palette. Image / Flip. Merge the two top layer visible. Make the other layers visible again.
14. In your layer palette duplicate the layer with the corners ( top layer). Image Resize with 90% all layers unchecked. Duplicate this layer now. Image Resize with 90% all layers unchecked.
15. Layers / New Raster layer.
16. Take the draw tool settings: Single line, Linewidth 2, Antialias checked and the rest unchecked. Draw a line see example:
Duplicate this line layer in your layer palette. Image / Flip.
17. Layers / New Raster layer.
18. Draw a line from top to bottom on the left side same way as you did the first line. Duplicate this layer. Image / Mirror.
Close all layers exept the top 4 with the lines, Merge these visible.
19. Layer - arrange - send to bottom.
20. Click with the magic wand in the square. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with these settings:
The color is up to you to choose one from the image.
Click with the magic wand outsite the square and repeat the cutout. Keep this layer active. Select None.
21. Layers / New Raster layer.
22. Selections / Load from disk and find the ding1-ca. The selection will show up in the uper left corner. Flood fill the selection with the gradient. Select None. Place the ding1 now as shown in example:
23. Duplicate this ding1 layer in yourlayer palette. Image / Flip. Close all layers exept the two with the ding 1, merge these layers visible. Duplicate the merged layer. Image / Mirror.
Open all layers and merge all layers flatten. Resize the frame if needed.
