Blast those lines

Supplies:
PSP Version 7.04  
Dsb Flux

Andrews Filters nr. 31
you need the PlugIn Commander to confert then to 8bf for psp.

1. Duplicate the background layer in the layer palettte and call it R1.

2. Effects / Plugins / DSB Flux Blast Left 100%.

Effects / Plugins / DSB Flux Blast Right 100%.

Effects / Plugins / DSB Flux Blast Upwards 100%.

Effects / Plugins / DSB Flux Blast Downwards 100%.

3. Selections / Select all. Selections / Modify / Contract with 15. Selections / Invert.

4. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner bevel with preset pillow but change the elevation to 30. Select None.

5. Selections /Select all. Selections / Modify / Contract with 15. Selections / Confert to layer and call this one R2. Go to your layer palette and make R1 layer active push ones on your delete key. Make R2 layer active.

6. Selections / Modify / Contract with 15. Selections / Invert and push ones yours delete key. Selections / Invert. Selections / Modify / Contract with 15. Selections / Invert and push ones yours delete key. Select None.

7. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner bevel with same settings as in step 4.

8. Make  R1 active and click with the magic wand in the transparant part ( you can see this if you close the other layers). Selections / Modify / Expand with 2. 

9. Layers - New layer and call it Cutout1. Layers / Arrange / Move down. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with these settings: Horizontal and Vertical on 0, Opacity on 100 and feather on15, Color black or one from the image. Select None.

10. Make R2 layer active and click withthe magic wand inside the transparent part ( you can see this if you close the other layers). Selections / Modify / Expand with 2. layer - New Layerand call this Cutout.

11. Layer / Arrange / Move down. Effects / 3D Effects / Cuotout with these settings: Horizontal and Vertical on 0, Opacity on 100 and feather on 15. Color black or one from the image. Select None.

12. Make the background layer active and duplicate it in thelayer palette. Call this layer Blur.

13. Effects / 3D Effects / Gausianse Blur with 8.

14. Effects / Plugins / Andrew 31 -- Horizontal lines with these settings:

15. Selections/Select all. Selections / Modify / Contrac with 35 and hit the delete key. Select None.

16. Layers / Merge / Merge all flatten. 

Put corner on it if you want, make sure you do this on anew layer.
