Black & Gold Elegant Frame

You need:
PSP Version 7.04
VM-sparkle zip HERE
Unzip into you plugins folder of PSP.
I'm offering this filter because the original author, Mario Klingmann, no longer has a site where he offers it for download.
Supplies for the frame zip.
The psp file is made by me please leave filename as is.
Image of your choice. Nicole has some very great catpaintings feel free to search her site.

1. Open your image in PSP, Open the PSPFrameca ( rotate the PSPFrameca if you have an image that is larger in height then in width) then minimize it, Open the goldfillbg and minimize it. Layer new Raster layer.

2. Set the Foreground color on pattern and search for the goldfill. Floodfill the layer with the goldfill.

3. Mask / New / From image. Search in the dropdown menu for the PSPFrameca Click ok. See screenshots:

4. Selections / From mask. Mask Delete and Click yes on the question you get. Selections / Modify / Contract with 2 pixels and hit the delete key on the keyboard. Select None.

5. Click inside the ellipse with the magic wand ( tolerance=0 Feather=0). Selections / Modify / Expand with 6 pixels. Layer new Raster layer. Floodfill the ellips with the gold. Selections / Modify / Contract with 6 pixels and hit the delete key on the keyboard.

6. Click in your layer palette on the backgroundlayer to make it active again. Layer New Raster layer. Selections / Invert and floodfill with black #000000.

7. Selections/Modify /Invert.

8. Effects /3D Effects/ Cutout with these settings:

Select None.

9. Layer / Merge / Merge all layers flatten.

10. Selections /Select all.

11. Selections /Modify / Contract with 4 pixels ( this can be more or less depending on how thick you want your border to be).

12. Selections / Invert. Floodfill the border with the gold pattern.

13. Selections / Invert.Effects /3D Effects/ Cutout with the same settings as in step 8. Select None.

14. Set your background color to black #000000. Image add borders 15 pixels symmetric checked. Select the border with your magic wand (feather=0 Tolerance=0.

15. Go to Effects/ Plugins/ VM Natural -- Sparkle with these settings:

Select None.

16. Set the background color on white #FFFFFF. Image add borders with 6 pixels symmetric checked. Floodfill the border with the goldpattern. Select None.

You're Frame is finished. Rezise if it is to big don't forget to sharpen it. Effects /Sharpen /Sharpen.
