You need:

2. Pick two colors frrom your image a dark one for your foreground and a light one for your background-color.

3. Image add border 10 pixels symmetric. Select it with your magic wand. I used Eyecandy 4000 swirl with these settings ( settings are from the red picture below ):

,But you can use an texture or an pattern for this if you want. Effects/3D effects/Inner bevel with preset list. ( play with the settings till you like it ). Select none

4. Image add borders  50 pixels symmetric. Select with your magic wand. Again I used Eyecandy swirl ( texture or an pattern) settings are the same . Select none

5. Image add borders 10 pixels symmetric. Select with your magic wand and again Eyecandy swirl ( texture or an pattern). Effects/3D effects/Inner bevel with preset list. ( play with the settings till you like it ). Select none

6. Layer new Rasterlayer. Click on your selection tool  and choose an selection, I have used round as my first selection.

7. For every new selection add a new rasterlayer.  For every selection you make apply your Eyecandy Swirl ,Texture or Pattern. For every selection you make apply a drop shadow with these settings Horizontal and Vertical on 0 Opacity 100 Blur on 10 you can pick any color that you like ( or apply a Innerbevel of your own choice), Duplicate the layer and move the image  you have created to another place with your movertool . Make a very own frame with Selections this way. On the end if your done merge all layers

Your frame is ready. Hope you have enjoyed this tutorial.
