Open a new image 200 by 200 transparent background.

Floodfill the image with a color of your choice. I used #008000 

Go to Effects Texture Effects Blinds with these settings: Width on 6, opacity on 50, Horizontal checked and light from left top checked, color  #000000.

Go to Effects Reflection Effects Kaleidoscope with these settings:

Go to Effects Illumination Effects Sun with these settings:

Go to Effects Plugins Simple Quick tile.

Go to Effects Plugins Toadies What are you with these settings: both on 60 

Go to Effects Plugins Simple Quick tile.

You're finished hope you had fun.
