PSP Version 7.04 -- HERE
Simple filter
Eye Candy 3.01

1. Open a tub or an image of your choice.

2. If you are using a tube you have to do an extra effect, go to Effects/Reflection Effects/pattern use a setting that you're happy with (this step is not needed with an image).

3. Effects/Plugins/Eye candy 3.01/Fur.
See Screenshot for settings. Apply the Fur.

4. Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick tile.

5. Resize if your image is to large.

6 After resizing always do Effects/Sharpen/Sharpen.

You're done now with your new background. My mainback is from an image. The two on top of this page are done with a tube.
