Fur Background 1

PSP Version 7.04 -- HERE
Simple filter
Eye Candy 4000 
 
1. Open a new image 150 by 150 Transparent.

2. Effects/Plugins/Eye candy 4000/Fur.
See Screenshot for settings. Apply the Fur.
You can use the gray color I have but you can put in any color you want, just play with it.
Also play with the settings of the density and the direction you can get realy neat backgrounds.

I colorized it later.

3. Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick tile.

4.On this point you can merge al layers/ flatten or you can add a new layer and then layers/ arrange to bottom then you can fill that with a color.After that you have to merge all layers flatten.

you're done now with your new background
