Curly Slice Background

PSP Version 7.04  
Simple filter download HERE

Open an new image 200 by 200 transparent background.

Floodfill the image with a color of your choice. I used #E5D075 

Go to Effects Texture Effects Blinds with these settings: width on 6, Opacity on 50, Horizontal checked and light from left top checked, color  #FFFFFF.

Go to Effects Geometric Effects CurlyQs with these settings:

Go to Effects Plugins Simple Pizza slice Mirror.
