Blinds Fur Background

Open a new image 200 by 200 transparent background.

Floodfill the image with a color of your choice. I used #008080 ( picture on the right)

Go to Effects Texture Effects Blinds with these settings: width on 6, Opacity on 50, Horizontal checked and light from left top checked, choose for the color one from the same family as the first you used. I use #C0FFFF.

Go to Effects Reflection Effects Kaleidoscope with these settings:

Go to Effects Texture Effects Fur with these settings:

Go to Effects Plugins Simple Quick Tile.

Go to Effects Plugins FM Tile Tools Blend emboss with setting as there are.
