I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Start by opening a new image 170x245 on a transparent background.

The body:
Open my body.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my body2.sel and flood fill with the color #A7C6E3.
Deselect the selection.

The buttons:
Add a new layer.
Open my buttons.sel and flood fill with the color #6A5755.
Deselect the selection.

Open my buttons2.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

The arms:
Add a new layer.
Open my arms.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my arms2.sel and flood fill with the color #A7C6E3.
Deselect the selection.

The head:
Add a new layer.
Open my head.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my head2.sel and flood fill with the color #A7C6E3.
Deselect the selection.

The face:
Add a new layer.
Open my cheeks.sel and flood fill with the color #E89587.
Deselect the selection.

Open my eyes1.sel and flood fill with the color #6A5755.
Deselect the selection.

Open my eyes2.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my mouth.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

The nose:
Add a new layer.
Open my nose.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my nose2.sel and flood fill with the color #A7C6E3.
Deselect the selection.
And your snowman is ready.
