I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Start by opening a new image 370x185 on a transparent background.
The back leave:
Open my leave1.sel and flood fill with the color #4E813F.
Go to selections/modify/contract.
And contract the selection 1 pixel.
Flood fill this selection with the color #69A155.
Deselect the selection.
Open my leave2.sel and flood fill with the color #4E813F.
Deselect the selection.
The body:
Add a new layer.
Open my body1.sel and flood fill with the color #FCEF87.
Deselect the selection.
Open my body2.sel and flood fill with the color #FAD76E.
Deselect the selection.
Open my stripes.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.
The head:
add a new layer.
Open my head.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.
Open my head2.sel and flood fill with the color #FFE9DF.
Deselect the selection.
The face:
add a new layer.
Open my cheeks.sel and flood fill with the color #FB8585.
Deselect the selection.
Open my face.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.
The front leave:
add a new layer.
Open my leave3.sel and flood fill with the color #4E813F.
Go to selections/modify/contract.
And contract the selection 1 pixel.
Flood fill this selection with the color #69A155.
Deselect the selection.
Open my leave4.sel and flood fill with the color #4E813F.
Deselect the selection.
Open my leave5.sel and flood fill with the color #315227.
Deselect the selection.
The flowers:
Add a new layer.
Open my flowers.sel and paste into selection my flowers.psp.
Deselect the selection and you are done.
