We are going to make a sitting bonnet.
I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.
(I used a coloring page to make the tut)

Open a new image 335x430 with a transparent background.

The Shoe.
Open the shoe.sel and flood fill it with the color #A97017.
Deselect the selection.

Open the shoe2.sel and flood fill it with the color #865A14.
Deselect the selection.

The Pants.
Add a new layer.
Open the pants.sel and flood fill it with the color #B3C7E5.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pants2.sel and flood fill it with the color #92A6C4.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pants3.sel and flood fill it with the color #738DB3.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the stitches.sel and flood fill it with the color #DBE5F3.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the pants4.sel and flood fill it with the color #B3C7E5.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pants5.sel and flood fill it with the color #92A6C4.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pants6.sel and flood fill it with the color #738DB3.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the patches.sel and paste into selection my patches.psp.
Deselect the selection.

The Arm.
Add a new layer.
Open the arm.sel and flood fill it with the color #F1CDBA.
Deselect the selection.

Open the arm2.sel and flood fill it with the color #D0AC99.
Deselect the selection.

Open the arm3.sel and flood fill it with the color #FFE5D2.
Deselect the selection.

The Sleeve.
Add a new layer.
Open the sleeve.sel and flood fill it with the color #F7F4EB.
Deselect the selection.

Open the sleeve2.sel and flood fill it with the color #EEE8D6.
Deselect the selection.

Open the sleeve3.sel and flood fill it with the color #E0D7BE.
Deselect the selection.

The Hat.
Add a new layer.
Open the hat.sel and flood fill it with the color #EDE2C5.
Deselect the selection.

Open the hat2.sel and flood fill it with the color #D7CCAF.
Deselect the selection.

Open the hat3.sel and flood fill it with the color #C4B184.
Deselect the selection.

Open the hat4.sel and flood fill it with the color #B3C7E5.
Deselect the selection.

Open the hat5.sel and flood fill it with the color #92A6C4.
Deselect the selection.
And you are finished.
