We are going to make this school bus.
The tube you create from this tutorial is yours.
I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.
(I made this tut with permission from a photoshop tut)

Download here the selections.

Start by opening a new image 350x450 on a transparent background.

In the bus.
Open my bg1.sel and flood fill with the color #A0B1C0.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bg2.sel and flood fill with the color #71899D.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer and call this layer kids.
We are leaving this layer for now and tube here our kids on at the end of the tutorial.

Wheels.
Add a new layer.
Open my wheels1.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Open my wheels2.sel and flood fill with the color #A5A3A3.
Deselect the selection.

The bus.
Add a new layer.
Open my bus1.sel and flood fill with the color #D2A456.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/modify/contract.
And contract the selection 1 pixel.
Flood fill this selection with the color #F6C87A.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bus2.sel and flood fill with the color #D7A95B.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bus3.sel and flood fill with the color #D2983C.
Deselect the selection.

Open my busblack.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

The door and windows.
Add a new layer.
Open my windows.sel and flood fill with the color #D7A95B.
With the selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/Inner bevel and use the round preset (color white).
Deselect the selection.

Your windows should look like this:


The bumper.
Add a new layer.
Open my bus4.sel and flood fill with the color #5C5C5C.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/modify/contract.
And contract the selection 1 pixel.
Flood fill this selection with the color #808080.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bus5.sel and flood fill with the color #737271.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bus6.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

The plate.
Add a new layer.
Open my plate1.sel and flood fill with the color #808080.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/modify/contract.
And contract the selection 1 pixel.
Flood fill this selection with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my plate2.sel and flood fill with the color #A5A3A3.
Deselect the selection.

The text.
Add a new layer.
Open my text.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Big lamps.
Add a new layer.
Open my lamps1.sel and flood fill with the color #FF4040.
With the selection floating go to:
Effects/texture effects/blinds and use these settings:
Width 2,opacity 30,color back,light from left/top.
Deselect the selection.

Open my lamps2.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Open my lamps3.sel and flood fill with the color #808080.
Deselect the selection.

Little lamps.
Add a new layer.
Open my lamps4.sel and flood fill with the color #C00000.
Deselect the selection.
Open my lamps5.sel and flood fill with the color #FF4040.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my lamps6.sel and flood fill with the color #FCFDBD.
Deselect the selection.
Open my lamps7.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFF40.
Deselect the selection.

The passengers.
Make you kids layer the active layer.
And tube behind the windows what you like.

To cut away the tube parts that fall outsite the bus:
Open my bg1.sel.
Go to selections/invert.
And with this selection floating to edit/cut.
Deselect the selection.
Merge layers visible and your school bus is ready.
