The wood tile I used

Open a new image 300x300 with a transparent background.

The wood
Open the wood.sel and flood fill it with the wood tile.

I used these settings:


Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the wood2.sel and flood fill it with the color #7E6230.
Deselect the selection.

The feet
Add a new layer.
Open the feet.sel and flood fill it with the color #EFB03E.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the feet2.sel and flood fill it with the color #DE8D0E.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the feet3.sel and flood fill it with the color #AA6D0C.
Deselect the selection.

Yellow body
Add a new layer.
Open the ybody.sel and flood fill it with the color #FFED87.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the ybody2.sel and flood fill it with the color #FEDC40.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the ybody3.sel and flood fill it with the color #E1BA05.

Blue body
Add a new layer.
Open the bbody.sel and flood fill it with the color #8AA5FC.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the bbody2.sel and flood fill it with the color #2D5EFD.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the bbody3.sel and flood fill it with the color #0633C4.

The head
Add a new layer.
Open the head.sel and flood fill it with the color #CF6161.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the head2.sel and flood fill it with the color #AC3232.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the head3.sel and flood fill it with the color #7A2424.

The beak
Add a new layer.
Open the beak1.sel and flood fill it with the color #EFB03E.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak2.sel and flood fill it with the color #DE8D0E.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak3.sel and flood fill it with the color #AA6D0C.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak4.sel and flood fill it with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the tongue.sel and flood fill it with the color #DFB8B8.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak5.sel and flood fill it with the color #EFB03E.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak6.sel and flood fill it with the color #DE8D0E.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak7.sel and flood fill it with the color #AA6D0C.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open the beak8.sel and flood fill it with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

The eyes
Add a new layer.
Open the eyes.psp.
And paste them on the right place.
