We are going to make this Panda.
(I used eye candy 4000)
The tube you create from this tutorial is yours.
(I used a wooden panda as sample to make this tut)

Download here the selections and supplies.

Start by opening a new image 473x321 on a transparent background.

But set the warp amount back to 5.00.

Add a new layer and call this head.

Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use the same settings.

Add a new layer and call this beyes.

Open my beyes.sel and flood fill with my bltile.
On the same layer:
Open my beyessh.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use the same settings.
But set the warp amount to 2.50.

Add a new layer and call this eyes.

Open my face.psp and paste on place like this.

We now have a basic jiggle panda.

To give him a more real look I used the retouch tool.
Using these settings:(costom brush 24)

I kept my panda in layers.
Gave my background layer a color.
(to see better what I am doing)
And with my retouch tool I first smudged around the head.
(make the head layer active and pull the hairs to the outsite)

Then I did the blackeyes.

The ears.

Next.
