I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Start by opening a new image 225x335 on a transparent background.

The body:
Open my bbody.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.

Open my wbody.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bodyshad.sel and flood fill with the color #D6D4D4.
Deselect the selection.

The dress:
Add a new layer.
Open my dress.sel and flood fill with the color #F6F2E7.
Deselect the selection.

Open my dressshad.sel and flood fill with the color #EDE4CD.
Deselect the selection.

Open my pocket.sel and flood fill with the color #ECE2CA.
Go to selections/modify/contract.
And contract the selection 1 pixel.
Flood fill this selection with the color #F6F2E7.
Deselect the selection.

Open my pocketshad.sel and flood fill with the color #EDE4CD.
Deselect the selection.

Open my cross1.sel and flood fill with the color #C00000.
Deselect the selection.

The wings:
Add a new layer.
Open my wwings.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my wwingsshad.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Open my bwings.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.

The feet:
Add a new layer.
Open my feet.sel and flood fill with the color #F0A31A.
Deselect the selection.

Open my feetshad.sel and flood fill with the color #C07F22.
Deselect the selection.

The head:
Add a new layer.
Open my bhead.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.

Open my whead.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.

eyebrows and cheeks:
Add a new layer.
Open my eyebrows.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.

Open my cheeks.sel and flood fill with the color #E89587.
Deselect the selection.

the eyes:
Add a new layer.
Open my eyes1.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my eyes2.sel and flood fill with the color #04B08E.
Deselect the selection.

Open my eyes3.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.

the beak:
Add a new layer.
Open my beak.sel and flood fill with the color #F0A31A.
