We are going to make this ladybug
The tube you create from this tutorial is yours.
I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.
(I used a photo to make my tut)

Download here the selections and supplies..

Start by opening a new image 206x224 on a transparent background.

Open my bug1.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my bug2.sel and flood fill with the color #F74A4A.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my bug3.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my bug4.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my bug5.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my bug6.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.
Merge layers visible and your tube is ready.
