We are going to make this Halloween ghost.
I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Open a new image 360x370 with a transparent background.

The Body.
Open the body.sel and flood fill it with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open the body2.sel and flood fill it with the color #A7C6E3.
Deselect the selection.

The Pumpkin.
Add a new layer.
Open the pumpkin.sel and flood fill it with the color #F8AF68.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pumpkin2.sel and flood fill it with the color #AF7E07.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pumpkin3.sel and flood fill it with the color #F8AF68.
Deselect the selection.

Open the pumpkin4.sel and flood fill it with the color #AF7E07.
Deselect the selection.

The Pumpkin face.
Add a new layer.
Open the face.sel and flood fill it with the color #865F3D.
Deselect the selection.

Open the face2.sel and flood fill it with the color #F8DB68.
Deselect the selection.

Open the face3.sel and flood fill it with the color #D9BC49.
Deselect the selection.

The Top of the Pumpkin.
Add a new layer.
Open the green.sel and flood fill it with the color #3E7C36.
Deselect the selection.

Open the leave.sel and flood fill it with the color #309117.
Deselect the selection.

Open the leave2.sel and flood fill it with the color #276D11.
Deselect the selection.

Open the stem.sel and flood fill it with the color #8A694D.
Deselect the selection.

Open the stem2.sel and flood fill it with the color #5D4A39.
Deselect the selection.

The Arm.
Open the arm.sel and flood fill it with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open the arm2.sel and flood fill it with the color #A7C6E3.
Deselect the selection.

The Text.
Open the line.sel and flood fill it with the color #5D4A39.
Deselect the selection.

Open the text.sel and flood fill it with the color #5D4A39.
Deselect the selection.

Open the text2.sel and flood fill it with the color #D9842E.
Deselect the selection.
And you are finished.
