The tube you create from this tutorial is yours.
I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Start by opening a new image 210x320 on a transparent background.

Dress:
Open my dress.sel and flood fill with the color #D3E0ED.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my dress2.sel and flood fill with the color #96B3CE.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my updress.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my stitches.psp and paste them on the dress like this:


Add a new layer.
Open my updress2.sel and flood fill with the color #B9BDBD.
Deselect the selection.

Hands:
Add a new layer.
Open my hands.sel and flood fill with the color #EBBCB4.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my hands2.sel and flood fill with the color #DAA69E.
Deselect the selection.

Arms:
Add a new layer.
Open my arms.sel and flood fill with the color #D3E0ED.

Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my hat2.sel and flood fill with the color #C08D44.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my hat3.sel and flood fill with the color #997035.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my hat4.sel and flood fill with the color #CFA76F.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my hat5.sel and flood fill with the color #C08D44.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my hat6.sel and flood fill with the color #997035.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
And paste my flowers.psp on the hat like this:


Deselect the selection.
Merge layers visible and your girl is ready.
