(I used eye candy 4000)
The tube you create from this tutorial is yours.
I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Download here the selections and supplies.
Start by opening a new image 350x460 on a transparent background.

Open my head.sel and flood fill with my white tile.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/invert.
And with this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow using these settings.
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 30,blur 60,color black.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use these settings:
Brownian motion,bubble size 5,warp amount 5,twist 90,random seed 1.

Add a new layer.
Open my cheeks.sel and flood fill with the color #E27E83.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my noseline.sel and flood fill with the color black.
Open my nose.sel and paste into selection my nose.psp.
Open my eyes.sel and paste into selection my eyes.psp.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my ears1.sel and flood fill with my white tile.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/invert.
And with this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow using these settings.
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 30,blur 20,color black.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use these settings:
Brownian motion,bubble size 5,warp amount 5,twist 90,random seed 1.

Add a new layer.
Open my ears2.sel and flood fill with my pink tile.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/invert.
And with this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow using these settings.
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 30,blur 20,color black.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use these settings:
Brownian motion,bubble size 5,warp amount 5,twist 90,random seed 1.

Add a new layer.
Open my ears3.sel and flood fill with my white tile.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/invert.
And with this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow using these settings.
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 30,blur 20,color black.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use these settings:

Add a new layer.
Open my pot1.sel and flood fill with the color #CB985B.
Open my pot1sh.sel and flood fill with the color #A26932.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/noise and add a 4% uniform noise.

Add a new layer.
Open my pot2.sel and flood fill with the color #CB985B.
Open my pot2sh.sel and flood fill with the color #A26932.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/noise and add a 4% uniform noise.

Open my hands.sel and flood fill with my white tile.
With the selection floating go to:
Selections/invert.
And with this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow using these settings.
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 30,blur 20,color black.
Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/eye candy/jiggle and use these settings:
Brownian motion,bubble size 5,warp amount 5,twist 90,random seed 1.

Add a new layer.
And paste my flower.psp on the pot or use your own decoration.
Merge layers visible and your tube is ready .
