We are going to make this Cheek Penguin.

Download here the toothbrush

Start by opening your Basic or Royal Penguin in layers.

Make the eyes layer your active layer.

Add a new layer and call it cloth.

Open my cloth.sel and flood fill with the color #F8F9E5.

With the selection floating go to selections/invert.

With this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow and use these settings:
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 50,blur 30,color black.

Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/noise.
And add a 3% uniform noise.

Open my clothsh.sel.
And use with the selection floating a brightness of -90.

Add a new layer and call it cloth2.

Open my cloth2.sel and flood fill with the color #F8F9E5.

With the selection floating go to selections/invert.

With this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow and use these settings:
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 50,blur 30,color black.

Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/noise.
And add a 3% uniform noise.

Open my cloth2sh.sel.
And use with the selection floating a brightness of -70.

Add a new layer and call it cloth3.

Open my cloth3.sel and flood fill with the color #F8F9E5.

With the selection floating go to selections/invert.

With this selection floating go to:
Effects/3d effects/drop shadow and use these settings:
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 50,blur 30,color black.

Deselect the selection.
Go to effects/noise.
And add a 3% uniform noise.

Make your item layer the active layer.

Cut my toothbrush.psp and paste it in the penguins wings.
Your penguin is ready now.
