We are going to make this Bathtime baby.
The tube you create from this tutorial is yours.
(I used a photo to make the tut)

Download here the selections and supplies..

Start by opening a new image 500x280 on a transparent background.


Open my head.sel and flood fill it with the color #E2B7AE.

Add a new layer and open my face1.sel.
Flood fill the selections with the color #E3CFCF.

Add a new layer and open my face2.sel.
Flood fill the selections with the color #B77C69.
Now turn the opacity of this layer down to 80.

Add a new layer and open my face3.sel.
Flood fill it with the color #CB9688.
Now turn the opacity of layer down to 85.

Add a new layer and open my cheeks.sel.
Flood fill the selections with the color #E08E8E.

Add a new layer and open my face4.sel.
Flood fill it with the color #CB9688.
After all those steps your image should look like this.


Now deselect the selection.
Go to layers/merge and merge the layers visible.
Now go to effects/noise/add and add a 3% uniform noise.

Now open my eyes.sel and paste into selection my eyes psp.

Now open my babything.sel and paste into selection one of my babything psp.

Add a new layer.
Go to layers/arrange and send to bottom this layer.

On this layer load my towel1.sel and flood fill with my yellowtile.
Go to colors/adjust/brightness and use a brightness of -45.

Add a new layer and open my bodyparts1.sel.
Flood fill the selections with the color #E2B7AE.

With the selections floating go to effects/3d effects/cutout.
And use these settings.
Vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 100,blur 46,3,shadowcolor #CB9688,interiorcolor #E2B7AE.
Click ok.
With the selections floating go to effects/noise and add a 3% uniform noise.
Your image now should look like this.


Now make your merged layer you active layer.
(This is the layer with your head on it.)
And add a new layer.

Open my bodyparts2.sel.
And Flood fill the selections with the color #E2B7AE.

With the selections floating go to effects/3d effects/cutout and use the same settings you used on your bodyparts1.
Click ok.
With the selections floating go to effects/noise/add and add a 3% uniform noise.

Add a new layer.
Open my lines.sel and flood fill the selections with the color #CB9688.

If you want a bold baby you don't follow this step.
If you want a baby with hair you now open my hair.sel and flood fill it with a hair color.
I used the color #7F4F1B.

(People with a bold baby follow me again.)
Add a new layer and open my towel2.sel.
Floodfill The selection with my yellowtile.

Open my shadow1.sel.
Go to colors/adjust/brightness and use a brightness of -70.

Open my shadow2.sel
Go to colors/adjust/brightness and use a brightness of -20.

Add a new layer.
Open my towel3.sel and flood fill the selections with my yellowtile.
With the selections still floating go to selections/invert.
Go with this selection floating to effects/3d effects/drop shadow.
And use these settings.
vertical 0,horizontal 0,opacity 50,blur 8,2,color #000000.
Click ok.
Deselect the floating selection.
And merge layers visible.

Your tube is ready now.
You can resize in the size you like.
