I did set my flood fill bucket's blend mode on normal and the match mode on none.
This way you flood fill all the floating selections in one time.

Start by opening a new image 400x340 on a transparent background.

The cloud:
Open my cloud.sel and flood fill with the color #FEFFFE.
Deselect the selection.

Open my cloud2.sel and flood fill with the color #808080.
Deselect the selection.

The wings:
Add a new layer.
Open my wwings.sel and flood fill with the color #FFFFFF.
Deselect the selection.

Open my wwings2.sel and flood fill with the color #000000.
Deselect the selection.

Add a new layer.
Open my bwings.sel and flood fill with the color #5B5757.
Deselect the selection.

The head:
Add a new layer.
